There are two entities that operate at Memorial Park: the Santa Monica Pickleball Club (SMPC), a non-profit club; and the City of Santa Monica. There is pickleball play every day, but the only set schedules are these: The Club’s Open Play (free): M-F, 8 AM-12 PM The City’s Drop-In Program (pay-to-play): M/W night: 5 PM-9:30 PM Sat/Sun: 8 AM-11 AM; 11:15 AM-2 PM
